At CleverPup, we pride ourselves on crafting durable, high-quality essentials, backed by a one year warranty. If you find any defects in your items within the first year of purchase, we're hereto help. Simply contact us at hello@cleverpup.com for a free replacement under our warranty terms. Please note, items that have been soiled or damaged by dogs are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

If you receive an incorrect or broken item, rest assured, we'll either exchange it or offer a refund, evaluated on an individual basis.

For items that are unused and unworn, you have a 30-day window to return them for a refund or exchange. Just use the form below to start the process. Please be aware that items on sale can not be exchnaged, though they can still be returned using the same form.
