Personalization FAQs

Can I cancel or change a personalized order?

Once your order is placed, you have one hour to request a cancellation or change. We start processing personalized items quickly, so changes arenā€™t guaranteed. If you need help, reach out to us ASAP at hello@cleverpup.com.

How long does personalized gear take?

Personalized items may take up to 10 business days to process before shipping. Expedited shipping isnā€™t available for personalized products. During launches, restocks, holidays, or high-order periods, processing may take a bit longer.

Will my order ship together if I mix personalized and non-personalized items?

If your order includes both personalized and non-personalized items, they may ship separately so we can get everything to you as soon as itā€™s ready.

Why canā€™t I personalize every product or color?

Not all styles or colorways are available for personalization yetā€”but weā€™re working on it! If an item is available to purchase but not to personalize, our personalization stock is temporarily unavailable.
