Can I cancel or change a personalized order?
Once your order is placed, you have one hour to request a cancellation or change. We start processing personalized items quickly, so changes aren’t guaranteed. If you need help, reach out to us ASAP at hello@cleverpup.com.
How long does personalized gear take?
Personalized items may take up to 10 business days to process before shipping. Expedited shipping isn’t available for personalized products. During launches, restocks, holidays, or high-order periods, processing may take a bit longer.
Will my order ship together if I mix personalized and non-personalized items?
If your order includes both personalized and non-personalized items, they may ship separately so we can get everything to you as soon as it’s ready.
Why can’t I personalize every product or color?
Not all styles or colorways are available for personalization yet—but we’re working on it! If an item is available to purchase but not to personalize, our personalization stock is temporarily unavailable.
