At Cleverpup, we aim to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our returns and exchanges policy below for assistance.

Return & Exchange Policy

Eligibility: Unused and unworn items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase.

Sale Items: Final sale items cannot be exchanged but are eligible for refunds. Discounts cannot be applied to previous purchases.

Warranty Coverage
We stand behind our products with a one-year warranty. If you discover a manufacturing defect within one year of purchase, we’ll provide a free replacement. Contact us at hello@cleverpup.com to start the process.

Note: Items damaged or soiled by dogs are not covered under warranty and are ineligible for returns or exchanges.

Incorrect or Damaged Items
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, we’ll make it right by offering an exchange. Each case will be reviewed individually—just reach out to us at hello@cleverpup.com for assistance.
