1. What are the Porter Dog Gear Backpack and Bistro Box made of? The durable woven polyester is designed to withstand wear and tear. Both pet travel bags also have stylish vegan leather details and coated bottoms that are easy to wipe clean.
2. How do I clean the Porter Dog Gear Backpack and the Bistro Box’s bag? Spot clean with a mild soap and let air dry.
3. Is it safe to put treats directly into the treat pouch? You bet! It is lined with human-grade food-safe material.
4. How does the removable treat pouch work? Just zip it off and use the built-in clip to attach it to your belt loop or leash handle
5. Are the Slobber Pockets fully waterproof? Yes, they keep any wetness from seeping through to other pockets. You can also turn them inside out and rinse them under running water for easy cleaning. 
6. Are the Slobber Pockets safe for storing balls and other toys my dog puts in his mouth? The Slobber Pockets are lined with human-grade food-safe material.
7. How does the side leash clip work? To walk hands-free, open the side clip and attach any leash handle.
8. My dog is a puller. Can I still use the clip? This feature is not meant for dogs that pull.
9. Can the Porter Dog Gear Backpack be used for non-dog-related activities? It’s meant for everyday use–whether you’re hanging with your dog or not. The thoughtful, dog-friendly details make it easier to bring your furry companion along.
10. Are the bowls in the Bistro Box safe for my dog? They are made from high-quality silicone that’s rated human-grade food safe by the FDA. In other words, you could eat or drink out of them.
11. Can the collapsible measuring scoop be used for precise feeding? The scoop holds exactly ½ cup.
12. What is the volume of each bowl? When filled to the rim, each small bowl holds 2 cups (473 ml) of food or water. Each large bowl holds 4 cups (946 ml) of food or water.
13. What about the food containers? How much do they hold? Each small Bistro Box cube holds three cups of food each for a total of 6 cups. Each large Bistro Box cube holds 6 cups of food each for a total of 12 cups.
14. Is the feeding tray easy to clean? It’s made of a waterproof, food-safe material that can be easily wiped down with mild soap and water.
15. What size ice pack fits into the ice pack pocket? The pocket is 7” x 4”.  
16. Does the Bistro Box include any additional compartments or storage pockets? Even when fully packed with food and an ice pack, there’s room for a toy, a small blanket, and a few other compact essentials.
