1. What is the Bistro Box made of? The rugged woven polyester is designed to withstand wear and tear. It also features stylish vegan leather details and a coated bottom that’s easy to wipe clean.
2. Are the bowls safe for my dog? They are made from high-quality silicone that’s rated human-grade food safe by the FDA. In other words, you could eat or drink out of them.
3. Can the bowls be used for both food and water? Yes. The bowls hold both food and water.
4. What is the volume of each bowl? When filled to the rim, each small bowl holds 2 cups (473 ml) of food or water. Each large bowl holds 4 cups (946 ml) of food or water.
5. What about the food containers? How much do they hold? The small holds three cups of food each for a total of 6 cups. That’s a little less than a 1/2 liter. The large holds six cups of food each for a total of 12 cups. That’s a little less than a liter.
6. Can the collapsible measuring scoop be used for precise feeding? The scoop holds exactly ½ cup.
7. Are the bowls, scoop, and bag easy to clean? Spot-clean the bag with mild soap and let air dry. The bowls and scoop can be washed in the dishwasher on the top rack.
8. Is the feeding tray easy to clean? It’s made of a waterproof, food-safe material that can be easily wiped down with mild soap and water.
9. What size ice pack fits into the ice pack pocket? The pocket is 7”x 4”.  
10. Does the Bistro Box include additional compartments or storage pockets? Even fully packed with food and an ice pack, there’s room for a toy, a small blanket, and a few other compact essentials. 
11. Can the small Bistro Box be used for large dogs, too? Of course. It’s an excellent option for shorter trips with medium and large dogs.
12. Can the large Bistro Box be used for small dogs, too? Of course. It’s an excellent option for longer trips with medium and small dogs.
